5th ASEAN Telecommunications & Information Technology Ministers Meeting (TELMIN5) from 26 to 27 September 2005 in Hanoi was a high-class regional meeting with the presence of all ASEAN Telecommunication Ministers plus three dialogue partners. Coming up with the iniative of "Promoting online services and applications to realize E-Asean", Telmin 5 has affirmed Vietnam's determination to Technology to further integrate into the regional and global ICT industry.
