To meet the demand of our business growth, we are currently looking for two Account Managers (Client Service) based in Hanoi and HCMC
The incumbent has overall responsibility for:
1) Building and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients
2) Counseling clients on issues regarding PR strategies and tactics that help result in positive media coverage of clients' business activities
3) Successful execution of public relations projects for client companies.

* Specifically, the Account manager must be able to
- Constantly develop and maintain excellent working relationship with clients and members of the media
- Prepare communications (media relations, marketing communications and events management) proposal to a high professional standard, and present to clients for approval
- Develop suitable story ideas and angles to meet client's communications objectives
- Draft press releases, statements, Q & A and speeches in both Vietnamese and English based on the key messages agreed with clients.
- Manage press conference agenda and logistics including press kit, venue, photography & videography, interpretation, etc.
- Follow up with media to control messaging and to ensure coverage
- Manage media crises
- Develop CSR initiatives and propose to clients for approval | Job Requirement | Years of experience : 5 year(s) Minimum career level : Manager Minimum education level : Bachelors * The ideal candidate should have the following credentials
• Bachelor degrees or higher in journalism, English language, marketing or business management
• Ability to present and sell Agency thinking and work in both Vietnamese and English
• A good working knowledge of how the media works in Vietnam
Previous working experience as a journalist with a well-known publication/senior staff in a reputable agency in Vietnam is considered a major advantage.
• Good knowledge of the telecom industry is also an advantage
• Substantial knowledge and experience in event management
• Proven ability to negotiate with and manage media contacts
• Creative, organized, result-oriented
• Strong management/ leadership/ team focus skill
• Strong interpersonal skills that motivate good thinking and encourage teamwork and enthusiasm
• Good judgement and ability to keep a cool head under pressure;
- Willingness to work overtime and travel
